From birth, Anne Nguyen was immersed in a diverse cultural and linguistic environment, fostering adaptability and attunement. Growing up in a unique time and place, she observed life’s events and, upon reaching the age of reason, grappled with fundamental and existential questions. This resilience nurtured her exceptional talent as a therapist.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Anne’s cosmopolitan upbringing and proficiency in multiple languages led her to pursue a career in Tourism. For twenty-one years, she successfully navigated a dynamic life of diverse activities in an ever-changing economic environment. However, at 39, she felt an inner calling to a more personal and soul-nourishing quest. This led her to discover meditation, connecting her with the infinite source of pure awareness, wholeness, and harmony.<\/span><\/p>\n

She devoted herself to studying meditation doctrines, particularly Kriya Yoga from the Self-Realization Fellowship (founded by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1920), Acupressure and Sunyoga (learned directly from Sunyogi Umasankar at the Universal Peace Center of Calcutta). Her faithful dedication to these holistic disciplines deepened her understanding of Acupressure, Ayurveda, energetic treatments, and scientific Meditation \u2013 a practice that had always resonated with her spiritual quest since childhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, Anne offers Energy Massage Sessions, combined with Ayurvedic-Energetic Care, to complement other therapeutic disciplines. These sessions aim to revive Vital Energy, remove blockages, and harmonize the body’s conductible energy flow.<\/span><\/p>\n
